A. Dear client,
This is the 5th complaint we have received on this platform regarding the same problem. Whichever company it is, do not pay them anything anymore. It is a fraudulent company. They cannot send you any legal notice, if they say so, ask them to pay your money back first.
Please be careful before signing up for such jobs.

icon Property developer not giving promised corner site

Hello sir we purchased site still in a development layout builder promised to give corner site in first road, orally he agreed and made agreement papers we already given him half of amount as advance,

A. Dear client,
That is the reason we never suggest making oral agreements. You cannot sue him for the performance of a contract as it is oral. It will be difficult to prove without evidence. First you can send a legal notice to the builder for not handing over the possession of flat on time also mention the amount of compensation you can claim. After that you can approach the consumer court if the builder does not respond your notice.

A. Dear client,
Often the landlord has to give a month's period to the tenant to vacate the property premises. If you haven't added the clause in your agreement then you might have to come to a consensus with your tenant and ask them to vacate the premises. It's the landlord's personal choice and he has the rights over the property. You cannot do anything about it.

I won a land case in 1980 and i lost all the papers related to the case how i get the papers I am from jharkhand

A. Dear client,
The first step is to visit the nearest police station and file a first information report (FIR). The FIR needs to mention that the papers are lost. A copy of the FIR should be taken by the owner and preserved for future reference. Get an LDR (Lost Document Report), commonly called as the non-traceable certificate. Then approach the concerned Sub-Registrar Office and get a Certified Copy of the lost document along with Encumbrance Certificate.

A. Dear client,
If your husband doesn't talk to you for one reason or another, you should speak to him instead. Start on a positive note by telling him that you love your marriage and care about him. Then, calmly ask what the problem is without making it his fault.
Well, if you consider this as abandonment, then it can be a ground for divorce. But the court might not agree on the same. So, you can file a divorce on any other grounds.

A. Dear client,
The second marriage of your father maybe void. I don't know if you are a Hindu or Muslim. If you are a muslim, then yes.. she can claim for the pension.
