Hello sir we purchased site still in a development layout builder promised to give corner site in first road, orally he agreed and made agreement papers we already given him half of amount as advance, now he's not willing to give any corner site in layout but he's showing usless sites to purchase, and he's saying if we don't buy site which he shown he will return our money which he took a year back and not providing corner site some saying of u go court it's usless court can say return their money but still we don't get promised site? Any strong solution

A.Dear client,
That is the reason we never suggest making oral agreements. You cannot sue him for the performance of a contract as it is oral. It will be difficult to prove without evidence. First you can send a legal notice to the builder for not handing over the possession of flat on time also mention the amount of compensation you can claim. After that you can approach the consumer court if the builder does not respond your notice.
