I want to file divorce with my husband

I want to file divorce with mu husband as we are not leaving together for more than a year and I want to file divorce because of my husband extra martial affair which I cannot tolerate and my mother in law also tortures me. I cannot handle this situation and I don't want that tag of his wife. I want to file divorce and also I want my alimony of Rs. 5 lakhs as this much amount was wasted because of that man. I don't want that identity of being his wife and we no longer stay with each other. Also if I file for divorce and if he does not agree then what will be the situation because I want to leave him.
