My owner asked me to vacate the flat saying he wants to sell it then within the 4 days after I vacate the flat he gave the same flat on rent.
I came to know that he didn't wanted CA or Lawyer as tenants so he asked us to vacate the flat within the lock in period. What can I do about it?

A.Dear client,
Often the landlord has to give a month's period to the tenant to vacate the property premises. If you haven't added the clause in your agreement then you might have to come to a consensus with your tenant and ask them to vacate the premises. It's the landlord's personal choice and he has the rights over the property. You cannot do anything about it.
