A. Hi,
the legal provision for Guarantor Relieved by Release of Primary Debtor: Section 134 of the Indian Contract Act provides that if the creditor and the principal debtor achieve an agreement releasing the principle debtor, the guarantor is released from its duties under the contract of guarantee. A. Hi,
There should be no difficulty with you unless you have a criminal conviction against you. Drinking in public is considered a nuisance and is thus illegal. Also you can seek for a no-objection certificate from a magistrate in case you feel that might be an issue.

A. Only your father in law's property will be included in the partition.
Flat from your own income is your self acquired property and only you have the legal right of ownership over it.
Family division or partition can only happen in case of ancestral property.

A. You can approach a lawyer to send a reply to the legal notice.
If your grandfather vested the land on your father by a will, your father's sisters will have no right.
If your grandfather died before 2005, your father's sisters will have no right as the amendment became effective prospectively.
However, if none of the above is true, your father's sisters will have shares in both the lands of your grandfather.

Under Section 482 of CrPC inherent power of the high court are given. Under this section you quash a criminal proceedings if no prima facie case was made out against the accused. Under this section you quash the First Information Report (FIR) as well.
