I have worked in deemed university in gujarat for 12 years. i resigned from my duty on 31st march-2021. At time of resignation my sick leave balance was more than 50. am i eligible for that sick leave

A. Hello Sir
It would he advised to first confirm with the HR department regarding the policy of your college regarding the leaves. If sick leave are covered under Paid leave then you could claim encashment for the same, otherwise not.

It would be advised to file a police complaint and if the college authorities nare denying then file a FIR in your personal capacity so that a proper investigation could be done and real culprit could be find. Until then the college authorities could not force you to pay for the CPU.

A. The amount of maintenance depend upon earning of parties ,their status etc so if wife does not have independent income or does not have sufficient income to be able to maintain herself then court should consider total earning of husband from all sources be it pension, fixed deposits, rental income if any etc and can award upto 50% if total income if husbabd as maintenance to wife.

A. When that property was purchased in registered manner in the name of your sister and as she was minor then ,that's why her mother as her guardian executed that registered Purchase Deed on behalf of that minor daughter,then you cannot attach that property for Partition purpose. That Property is the exclusive property of that sister and her other siblings have no right to that property.
