If I buy Flat / Plot from my own income i.e. Salary, then at the time of family division between husband & in laws my flat is also included in that division or only Father in laws property included

A.Only your father in law's property will be included in the partition.

Flat from your own income is your self acquired property and only you have the legal right of ownership over it.

Family division or partition can only happen in case of ancestral property.

A.Hi,
If the husband survives the death of his wife, he is the only heir. Your son-in-law and daughter-in-law have no claim to the property. Now, if your wife dies intestate, the property will be divided equally among all of your deceased wife's lawful heirs, including her children and yourself.
Thank you very much.
