A.Hi,
the legal provision for Guarantor Relieved by Release of Primary Debtor: Section 134 of the Indian Contract Act provides that if the creditor and the principal debtor achieve an agreement releasing the principle debtor, the guarantor is released from its duties under the contract of guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with the court's rulings, you can hire an attorney and file an appeal with the High Court.
Thank you very much.

A.Hi,
Guarantor Discharged by Release of Primary Debtor: Section 134 of the Indian Contract Act states that the guarantor is freed from its obligations under a contract of guarantee if the creditor and the principal debtor reach an agreement by which the principal debtor is released. If you are not satisfied with the court decisions then you can approach a suitable lawyer and file an application for the High Court.
Thank you.
