A. Hello
The general principle is that the son are not liable to pay the debt of their father from their own pocket, no one can force you to pay the debt. Although the person claiming the debt have all rights to recover the money from the assets and property left behind by your father which with be inherited by you.

A. Hello
There is no law which prohibits the secretary of the society to be the developer in the redevelopment of the said society. If you have any objection to the same then you'll have to find more people like you who also object the same and raise the issue in the society and could give the redevelopment project to someone else, but for that you would be requiring consent of more than half of the society members.

A. There is no much difference. If you comfortable and procedure is simple then go to CBSE Board or any other your educational board and try to get change your date of birth but you should have applied for change within 5 years of passing of 10th standard. Now, you have to approach Civil Court which will take more time.
