if the land was given to your grand father by your great grand father then it is the ancestral property and all your grandfathers child have share in it. Although your grandfather has all rights over the land as of self accquired.

A. No fixed time is prescribed in law for filing of chargesheet, wait, fancy your chances, sometimes this delay goes in accused favour, many advantages are attached if there is a delay, go for quashing for your mother and sister once chargesheet is filed, contest hastily other litigations, have benefit of evidence in these case, this would be clever move.

Since landlord breaking the terms of agreement so you need not vacate the premises until and unless he gives you two months rent in addition to your advance amount. You may make no your landlord about this clause by sending a proper legal notice.

Can employer terminate the employee after she has resigned

A. Dear Madam,
The employer cannot terminated an employee who has already put her resignation papers. Such termination is invalid and he cannot take any benefit out of such invalid termination since employee already resigned and it is on record.

A. Dear Sir,
Immediately take the possession either directly or approaching the Civil Court by filing a suit for recovery of possession or suit for mandatory injunction. The Society cannot claim maintenance since you are not in physical possession and also not enjoying the property.

After three years it will be expired. Unless there is renewal of such agreement it cannot be executed. If possession is not with the purchaser he cannot do anything. Take appropriate steps to protect your property.

A. Dear Sir,
You may get issue a legal notice and paper publication and intimation to the Police. Thus, you can stay anywhere since you attained age of majority. You may swear on an affidavit about this fact that you have taken this decision voluntarily without force and share the same with your parents and concerned police.
