A. I think you have used the word ' nominees' in place of borrowers. Visit the Bank and see if teh laon is insured against death of borrowers. Update me about what you come to know.

Your issue can be only solved by mutual understanding with your neighbours and if not than you will have to approach house owner and insist him to ask his tenants to vacate the premises if they not mending their ways.
