A. You have strong case. Wife is already living seperately for last three years is a good ground for divorce on the ground of cruelty and desertion. In such circumstances DV case is s not maintainable. In dowry case you have good defence. Court also know that women take undue advantage by misusing the law.

exactly on day you become 18, you can start living independently.

A. First check if cheque is valid or not because lot of banks merged.

if it is valid cheque and you can deposit the cheque and sometimes people get lucky and cheque gets clear.

If cheque bounces then you can initiate cheque bounce.
