A. Yes you can. What you can do is send them a legal notice asking them to stop the nuisance and even pay you some compensation for this nuisance.

A. Hi,
School management is independent to fix their tuition fee. They are not legally bound to disclose the fee breakup. You can complain with the DC office if you feel that fee is unreasonably high.
