A. Hi,
Private doctors cannot declare somebody mental especially for judicial purposes. Government doctors only have the authority to do this. You should visit a government doctors and get a medical fitness certificate from him and also lodge a complaint with local police station and keep the documents safe with a confidant. Also, since you are a major you can immediately move out of the house and sue your family under Domestic Violence Act.

A. Hi,
You should approach the civil/district court for declaration since this is beyond the jurisdiction of Revenue courts and declaration as a biological or foster kid is under the jurisdiction of civil courts.

A. Hi,
If you have an agreement with your friend then it will be enforceable in the Court. However, you should send a legal notice first. If he still does not pay you back then you can file a case for breach of trust and a recovery suit under order iv of CPC.
