A. criminal case can happen only by 2 ways. private case or FIR.
in FIR, police will drop new chairman and secretary.
if private case then again it will come for investigation to police and they have to drop new chairman and secretary.
so no need to do anything.

A. case will come in court and you can get warning or fine.
they are not serious sections so no effect on job, visa (some countries can because of pandemic) or passport.

A. not as per supreme court.
As per law, every legal heir have their specific share in ancestor property.
Father can not give away ancestor property but there are other ways available to your father by which you wont get anything.

A. You can give the details of Mou clauses in divorce by mutual consent and can mark MOU as annexure of petition for divorce by mutual consent. In statement of parties the Mou can be get exhibited by both parties so of being part of judicial proceeding.

Though as per service rule till pendency of inquiry bank can order for one third salary and subject to out come inquiry subsequent orders for dismissal etc can be passed but in no circumstance withhold the released one third salary during inquiry.
