A.Legally NO builder can sell the parking space to any flat purchaser. The builder can allot the parking space by giving allotment letter for a specified flat alongwith the flat. So as you are having SEPARATE parking space you can give it to your tenant who will be staying in your flat. Renting the parking space for an outsider not residing in your society is not allowed.

A.since you are legal owner of your flat and parking place, you can give it for your tenant no society will object for this. But if you give only parking place to any outside person then you have to follow your society rules.

A.Hi,
As the owner of the parking space, you can rent it out if you wish. You can also mention it as a clause in your tenancy agreement.
The society cannot interfere in your lawful use of your property.

A.Hi,
No, as you own the parking space as well, you have a right to rent it out, if you wish. The society cannot object.
