A. Though you cannot be forced to go back to him ( Saritha`s Case), you will have marital obligations and can be made to attend courts. if you do not want to re marry, you can leave to a different place. A decree of restitution of conjugal rights cannot be enforced on you.

A. You should first inform these matters to your parents. If they are on your side, you can prosecute him. Looking at your language it appears to me without them you alone cannot go the legal way.

A. Dear Sir,
DNA test will do. It can prove parentage. Lodge a complaint. You can enjoy benefits of ST category as you are children of a mother who belongs to ST category. First achieve Status in the society then start fighting.

Hi, I stay with my family in stand alone building and not a society in which there is no water connection from neither corporation not borwell. My rent is 8000 and as per agreement I am liable to pay

A. Dear Madam/ Sir,
you should have checked about the facilities and have a relevant clause in the agreement. Normally tenanted houses must be provided with water at the cost of owner. It is a common sense. Just stop payment of rent and let him go to Court for arrears of rent.

A. Dear Sir,

Since you have been considered under OBC category as such you cannot get any seat under general category however if there is a vacancy in general category then you will be considered under general category. If there are any loopholes in your OBC certificate get it rectified or approach High Court for immediate relief otherwise you will be thrown out.
