Mere pitaji ka kuch samay pahle dehant ho gaya hai.
Unka ghar hai jiski unke paas registry nahi balki batware ke kagaz the. Un kagazon pe unka naam hai.
Ghar ki electricity ka bill aur house tax unke naam pe hi aata hai.
Unki koi will nahi hai.
Meri Mother aur hum 3 bhai hain jo ab us ghar ko bechna chahte hain.
Hamare paas kya options hain?

A.सब से पहले रेव्हेनयु ऑफिस में उस प्रोपेर्टी पर किस का नाम है ये चेक करो.....
अगर वहां आप के पिताजी का नाम है तो कोर्ट से सक्सेशन सर्टीफिकेट ले कर प्रिपर्टी पर अपना/सभी का नाम लगाओ फर जिसे चाहे बेच दो।
