Property in the name of 3 individuals, 1st owner mother ,2 nd owner father and 3rd owner is elder daughter. What are the possibilities in future if owner 1 and 2 are not alive ,can the owner 3 be completely be responsible for the ownership or need amendment in the property paper.
Secondly can somebody else other daughters can claim their parts in that although their name doesn't exist in the paper.

A.What is the part of 3rd owner ( i.e) elder daughters role in acquiring the property, has she invested her own self earned money into the property , 2. how the property is initially bought by all three owners, every thing has to be proved if a dispute arised by other legal heirs, if there are other legal heirs , then how come only the elder daughters name alone had been inserted in the title deed along with parents, such other questions has to be clarified.

A.Hi,
As the 3 people are the owner of the property, after the demise of the father and mother legal heirs of the father and mother will be entitled to get 2/3rd share of the property.
