A. I think you are talking about the bench 2 in NCDRC. Since Hon'ble Justice was not well he was unavailable. But no one can decide your complaint in absence of the Presiding member.

You can file a complaint before labour commissioner of your jurisdiction for your matter.

The so called called has no legal rights since her mother is having her own original husband. As such the son born out of illicit relationship not entitled for any share.
You have every right to claim property of your husband only after his death and during his lifetime you are entitled for 50% since it seems to be standing in your joint names.
