Sir I am divorcee and want to do remarriage with another two times divorcee girl. Sir I want to know that can I do an agreement regarding my earlier divorced reasons and is it possible if in future we get divorced then I will not have to pay any maintenance on behalf of that agreement

A.You can get a prenuptial agreement signed by your future wife before marriage.

A.Knw the law.. . If u have wife, u have to pay, in case u people are separated.. . Though there are certain exceptions.. . Bt yes!! u Definitely may make an agreement with your wife to restrict your payments amount, certainly u cannot avoid your liability to pay maintanence completely

A.Dear Client,
When you are getting married , it does not matter.Law knows that u have married a women hence everytime u r bind by same law, no matter divorced one.
Also you can not do such agreement which may check the law applicability, or any natural human behaviour. Agreement has no meaning if it is illegal by any way.
