A. No need to worry .. if u get a job then only pay the dues... otherwise why to pay... big loans get settled off like that of big business tycoons ..

Normally it will be given to nominee.
A. who gave u the references catch hold of him/her. These people also get commissions for referring clients. Aslo send a legal notice to them & file a cheating case. All together a expensive process.
