A. Legal Heir certificate is issued by District Court / High Court , you have NOT mentioned from which City or State you all belong. It requires 6 months time to get if there is NO Objection . And only ONE Certificate is enough for both the banks & both the sisters will have to sign for the Legal Heir certificate.

A. in case if a person has all property then bank can call that property but if his or her family members have then that land can be saved so you should keep only 1 acre land in ur name and rest you should transfrer to some other name before you go for laon if you have such doubt

A. As you have said ( I have hdfc credit card.for covid19 sitution ) is very nice, atleast you had the credit card for covid19 situation. And now you are in bad situation what is the bank full pressure to you. You do not go to the bank & so they will not pressure you. Also if in pressure they call you then, record all their calls & make a pendrive ready of all the recording with date & time & Name of the person calling, as if things really go bad you will have to take a legal action against them.

A. what you need to to is that each individual give affidavit that you want to disown that amount in favor of your grandmother and that you will have to do in personal appearance and also will have to submit death certificate of grandfather and relevant document that grandmother and grandfather were husband wife. A. Your case has not been put up in a proper manner, the RBI had instructed all the bank ATM machines should be skimmer free- where on NO additional devices could be connected to the ATM Machine. So upgrading of the Machine is Liability of the said Bank & NOT the customer.
