A. Incase of absence of any nomination in SBI or say other bank they will require succession certificate from court.

1. Yes, they can still serve notice.
2. This is unlikely, but will depend on the circumstances surrounding the case.
3. Yes, they can. However, you can request them to defer from doing this until the Lok Adalat comes to a verdict.

A. Suicide is NOT a good option for just 11 lakhs personal loan. u can always opt for restructuring the personal loan or even opt for OTS- One time Settlement. A. Now you should reply the lawyer's notice. We need to go through the entire educational loan documents signed by you. If there is a lien /mortgage provided by you as a security such as your flat or any FD then you will have to pay the entire EMI and if it is having any other clause pertaiing to the job guarantee and educational loan then accordingly you have sufficient time for defence and you can also restructure the loan.
