A. You can apply on various online job portals as a fresher in bank. Many banks appoint freshers for account opening & home loans etc.. But FIRST CLASS at graduation is mostly preferred in all Private banks.

A. n cases where the company has restructured the card payment accordingly then there must be some amortarised schedule which u must have signed if the BANK is NOT following the specified restructured decided policy, you can go for a proper legal remedy against them by taking legal action against them immediately. Kindly stop paying the EMI as they may increase the amount without any knowledge to u.

A. What kind of loan was there for 8 lakhs.. as you are NOT the joint holder for the loan so u r NOT liable to pay the loan . But if it is Home loan or Mortgage loan then u will hav eto pay the loan (But generally these Home loan or Mortgage loan are also INSURED & SO THE DEPENDENTS DON;T HAV ETO PAY AGAIN TO THE BANK ANYTHING. A. Once your vehicle has been taken by recovery team then please stop paying th eEMI as they will never return your car to you. But they auction the car. Have u given ur consent to the recovery people to take the car, or have they directly taken away the car...As u was NOT able to pay the EMI u should have sold the car to some of ur friends etc. Now there is NO option to u , even if u pay 1 or 2 EMI ur car will NOT be released.

A. NO, Court doesnot give NOC. Only the bank can give NOC if the dues are paid OR if can can settle with the bank its the best..as u have paid most of the amount.

A. If the order is passed u/s. 101, the same can be challenged in High Court by way of Writ Petition. Also, under no provision of law can they freeze or mark a lien on the borrower's account unless they have auctioned the mortgaged/collateral property and if there is any due which is still outstanding, then they will have to for attachment order.
