A. Dear client,
You can explain your situation to the nearest District School Inspector. In such cases involving financial troubles, schools are usually expected to have certain mechanisms in place. Since your daughter has already finished her last year of schooling, they cannot keep her marksheet with them and further meddle with her future. If the School Inspector cannot help then you can file a writ petition in the High Court.
Thank you.

A. Dear Client
you can very well file a writ petition in the Madras High Court challenging this order of the Tamilnadu government. But let me tell you that it all will depend on your arguments in the court to get a favourable judgement in your favour. COVID-19 is a new thing and lot of research and insights are required before going into the case. So, prepare accordingly.

I need to find the legal heir of a dead person. Have tried all my resources but I am not able to find the legal heir. I wish to know the procedure which is acceptable by court to find the legal heir.

Posted 2 weeks ago

A. Dear Sir,
You may give a paper publication or appoint private deductive agencies to trace out legal heir of dead person or simply file a memo that he left no legal heir.

I could have explained more if background is known to me. I am at your service if you visit my office.

Please give me FIVE STAR if satisfied by my answers and you may approach me through Vidhikarya for further clarifications.

A. Dear Client,
Send them a response to the legal notice, or write them a letter explaining your situation and your desire to pay them on a postponed EMI or rescheduled EMI basis, which can help you get out of your financial bind while also ensuring that they get their money back.
Thank you!

A. I don't think that there is any time limit prescribed for passing the order by the Registrar. In case he is not doing it and unnecessarily stretching it then you move the High Court under Article 227 of the Constitution to get an order directing the Registrar to finish it off.

A. Hi,
As per the information you stated above, you have to work for 1.5 years starting from May 1st, 2020. If you resign before the completion of the said period, you have to pay the bond amount as stated in the agreement. However, if you have any confusion or ambiguity in the said agreement, you can get the help of a lawyer.

A. Hi,
You can file a police complaint and they will investigate it. It seems like it is fraud so you can initiate legal proceedings against the company by consulting a lawyer.

A. Hi
You have to consult a lawyer and detail the issue. If in the said area, such type of business is illegal by any laws they have right to do it if they are ordered by the authorities concerned. But if the action of the police was not according to the law, you can file a case in the court and claim compensation for your losses.

A. Hi,
Your right in the property won't be ceased just because the limitation period is over. However, it is important to raise the issue before the limitation period but here, you can consult a lawyer and raise this issue in court.
