A. Dear Sir,
There is no document called transfer of Power of Attorney. But, ask them to withdraw or cancel such POA. Then yourself and your sisters can execute POA in favour of your mother.

A. Dear Client
Streedhan is a property for which a woman is sole owner and has absolute power to alienate it in any way she wants. Since your mother died intestate hence the streedhan tag does not carry any great meaning as of now and post her demise the property belongs to the common pool wherein all the legal heirs will be entitled to a share.

A. Dear Client,
You lodge a complaint with the local municipality and apprise them of the problem that you are facing. If the authority is not responding then fie a case in High Court against the authorities. Also check if they are operating school in the residential building without permission.

A. Dear Client,
Did you contest the injunction suit? If yes then how come have allowed the court to pass an injunction order when your life is under danger. You should challenge that injunction order and thus you can get the permission from the municipal corporation.

A. Dear client,
The charges for the same will depend upon what the advocate will charge as you will be sending them the legal notice through the advocate. It may be as low as a thousand rupees or can go into the lakhs depending upon the complexity of the case and the advocate's charges. Please consult an advocate for this.
Thank you.

A. Dear Sir,
If you file a suit then for sure it will not be delayed further but will be done in a faster way. Its just that you will have to file a right case in the right court and that should be a writ petition in the High Court.

A. Dear client,
You can explain your situation to the nearest District School Inspector. In such cases involving financial troubles, schools are usually expected to have certain mechanisms in place. Since your daughter has already finished her last year of schooling, they cannot keep her marksheet with them and further meddle with her future. If the School Inspector cannot help then you can file a writ petition in the High Court.
Thank you.

A. Dear Client
you can very well file a writ petition in the Madras High Court challenging this order of the Tamilnadu government. But let me tell you that it all will depend on your arguments in the court to get a favourable judgement in your favour. COVID-19 is a new thing and lot of research and insights are required before going into the case. So, prepare accordingly.
