when the court (lok adalat here) has struck down the case and a decree is already allowed then why do you have to depend upon the other side to get your documents. You need to file an application for obtaining the original docs from the court and it should be allowed to you.

The Indian legal system does not bar someone from filing a case or writ petition as in your case here when there is sufficient ground to show to the court that someone is aggrieved due to such rule (age bar rule in this case). Just because one thinks it is not a good rule will not be good enough to file case. The case must be supported by cogent reasoning that why such rule should be challenged in court of law.
