icon Property value 4,02,500, in which court i have to file a case

Civil case with property value 4,02,500.(property in Jaggayyapet, krishna district, A.P) which court we have to file a case. Can we file a case in Nandigama or vijayawada. I don't want to file a case

A. Dear Mr Ravi I ,
The Court has a territorial jurisdiction.
Whether you like or dislike you have to file a case in that Court/in that district.
Secondly, if you do not want to go to a particular place for the reasons best known to you in that case
you increase the value of the land /cost and go to the next court above the former as per the procedure.
In both the cases you have to follow the law.

Hi, I am a tenant. My landlord has filed eviction suit against me. Due to increasing member. I may have to purchase new flat or land to occupy member. Will this impact on my ongoing case? Should I

A. Dear Client,
First, you should vacate.
Second, as you have stated the number of increase of the members of the family you need to
have accommodation for them.Whether you have the flat or land is immaterial which depends on the financial capacity. But, finally you need accommodation sooner or later.

icon Tort vs Contract

Loss caused to a company due to professional misconduct of an employee. Is professional misconduct treated as a tort or a contract for the purpose of right to sue legal heir upon death of deceased.

A. The beauty of Law of Tort is that wherever it is not possible to ascertain the loss or damage suffered by a person under any provision of prescribed law then the relief for such a damage or loss can be sought under the Law of Torts. Etymologically Tort means TWISTED -not straight and in legal sense it means an injury, wrong or injustice.
In your case if the employment contract mentioned about professional misconduct as part of the terms and conditions and the related damages or penalty then it ...ReadMore

My father died.... I want to sell his akram sakram site, Apart from Legal Heir Certificate what else I need ? Which document a buyer expects to buy that land ?

A. Dear Client,
First thing the buyer would like to purchase directly from the seller.
Since your father is dead and you have the legal heir certificate from the competent authority in that case you are entitled to sell provide there are no other claimants to that property,
If there are claimants all have to sign in the sale deed.
