File a petition in the civil court for setting aside the fraudulent registration, make that person and the venture person a party to the suit. Court fee varies from state to state. However, the stamp duty is determined as per the rate of the property.

if the land was given to your grand father by your great grand father then it is the ancestral property and all your grandfathers child have share in it. Although your grandfather has all rights over the land as of self accquired.

The property shouldn’t have been divided by the previous three generations and must be four generations old. to be classified as Ancestral property and for it to come under the ancestral property rights laws.
