it is his self acquired property you cannot prevent him to sell and your signature is not necessary. if you wish to stop then get file a suit for maintenance by your mother and get it stopped saying she will be on street if the same is sold.

A. To find out whether there is a case going on or not you can engage the services of a local lawyer who shall do the due diligence for you and get the legal opinion for the land/property for you. The lawyer shall also find out from the court if there is any pending cases in the court, although its a lengthy process but can be done.

A. Send them a legal notice and if they do not pay heed to that then file a consumer case for deficiency of service and get your fee as well as a compensation for the wrong service done to you. They must learn to respond to the people when they are approached.

Take release deed from your mother in respect of that property. Possession is 9 points in law. Let your brother go to Civil Court for claiming his shares. Oral and unregistered partitions also valid since both of you enjoying the properties and thus admitted partition.

Yes, you can approach a Civil Court by filing a suit for declaration etc and seek injunction order and it will be effective only upto appearance of other party. Thereafter it will be heard and decided on merits.

College have no such authority. It is your private property and you can approach High Court and get a favourable order. At the most the college can impose some fine or suspend you for sometime.

Both your father and his brother get equal share if you file partition suit irrespective of who has taken care of your grandfather. You cannot deny the share of your senior uncle because he did not taken care of his father. If you are in possession of the property then ask him to go to the Court and prolong the matter for years together and thus enjoy the property.
