A. Hi,
If you are the sole heir you should change the khata changed to your name from your father's. Then you can enter into a contract with the tenant in interest of the property you inherited from your father.

A. Hi,
Illegal occupation of land is an offence u/S 441 of IPC which lays down provisions for criminal trespass. You should file a complaint with the revenue inspector of your area.

A. First Issue a stern warning to that person in writing.
The resident have to follow the bye rules of society. You can inform the society to stop entry/exit of person if he doesnt comply with rules. If he doesnt move his vehicle and stop other vehicles movement then ask society to call police directly.
He can not issue legal notice to secretary for this case and it have to be issued to society. No need to reply to notice and let him file case which he will not do.
