How to properly reach court so that my boundary gets 4 side done also sad to say but right neighbor need to demolish his structure as whole as it’s totally illegal made in 2021. Almost 35 feet tall in 850 sq ft that too for lodge purpose without leaving boundary space?

A.Give an application to the municipality about the illegal construction and let then take action. If the municipality doesn't do anything then move the High Court against the Municipality to get the result.

A.You can get erected your boundaries. For illegal construction you can lodge complaint with municipal authorities, police and can also file suit for mandatory and permanent injunction for removal of illegal construction. The child lawyer can not get illegal construction legal. Some lawyers have maligned legal profession.

A.Hi,
You can file a suit for private nuisance before the civil judge's court. If your privacy is getting breached because of your neighbor's construction then you may file a complaint in the local police station file as well as inform the City Municipal Corporation.
