A. it is not illegal to touch the fence wall to the boundary wall.
it is not legal to built a gate opening into another person's property.
Ask them to dare to touch the fence. then you can file FIR with multiple sections on them.
Also cut yourself all branches which are coming into your property.

A. Hi,
Since the mutation has been done in grandfather's name already, that part of the property cannot be claimed by anyone else in through the title suit. You will have to give the entire details of the property to the court with supporting documents, so that the title suit can be dismissed.

Neighbor dispute
My neighbor makes lot of noise..Their khitch is close to our bedroom window..we talked to them about the issue but they didnt listen..can you plz elaborate and tell me what can I do about it??
A. Hi,
You can try and settle the matter through consensus or if you feel that your neighbor is being callous then you may send them a legal notice. You can always keep it in consideration if matters escalate then you may file a civil suit before the court of civil judge or lodge a police complaint u/S 269 IPC for the offence of nuisance.
