2. You will have to approach the Sub-Registrar's office with all relevant documents to prove ownership and they will register the property after you pay the necessary fees.

You can file a suit for declaration of title. He can ask for partition, but you are both entitled to shares of the property.

A. Hi,
Being a public document, the FIR cannot be withheld from public domain and would not only lend credence but would bring transparency in the working of the Police Department in case the same is put in public domain.
The accused is entitled to get a copy of the First Information report at an earlier stage as prescribed under Section 207 of the Cr.P.C.

1. The property can be divided into as many shares as there are legal heirs. As such, your brother's sale of the 1 acre will be valid.
2. Your sister can also claim apart of your brother's share, but you will have stronger grounds and the Court is likely to side with you.

A. Details are required to be examined. Such property does not amount to self earned property. Though WILL was executed in 2003 but the same become effective after his death only. In terms of New Hindu Law your mother can assert her right to share. If required consult with detail for detailed consultation.
