My wife was granted monthly maintenance under section 125 crpc. Its almost a year and I have been paying the maintenance amount since the judgement day. As one year is going to complete, can she file

A. Yes if your income increases and if she comes to know about it then she can file revision petition and ask for increase of the maintenance amount. So hide your income if you are getting in cash.

This means that final arguments will be heard during the proceedings, after which the matter will be adjudicated upon.

Many Government jobs do offer such replacements, especially when the former employee was the family's sole breadwinner.
