Property dispute
My brother has entered into an agreement to sell my father's property (father has passed away). As daughter's have rights to ask for share in their father's property, I asked him for an equal share. Now just because I asked him for an equal share, he wants to cancel the deal. Do I have the right to force him to not cancel the deal ? Or is there anything else I can do?

A.Hello,
As a daughter, you have equal share in the said property. You can demand for your share in the same. Would recommend to resolve the issue amicably.
Warm Regards,
Adv. Varun Vij
