Sir In our family partition I got 2 acers land since 12years.as per telanga Govt orders at 2018 I got new pattadar passbook. in that time I got 2 acres of my brother land attached with my photo and Aadhar card ,I found it 6 months back.i want to transfer that land to brother.you please give advice any dispute arise in future to transfer like by sale or any type of transfer

You can file a suit for declaration of title. He can ask for partition, but you are both entitled to shares of the property.
