A. Dear client,
what your HR is doing is completely unjust. You can either file a complaint with RPFC or initiate a criminal case against your employer with the police or complain to the chief vigilance officer appointed by the labour ministry.

A. Dear Client,

You must serve the notice period, or they will demand payment of the amount agreed upon when you joined the company. Yes, you can dispute their legal notice by claiming that you did not receive any training or compensation, but the clause still stands because you signed and consented to it.

There is no problem if you resign and put your papers. The only risk factor in this case is to pay for 30 days non working period and it is considered as notice period.

A. Hi,
As per the Company's Act, you can be a director and an employee of the company. You will get remuneration for your service (can be monthly basis or quarterly as it depends on the company) but can not claim any deduction on salary in the name of provident fund or Employees State Insurance as per the Income Tax Act.

It would suggested to read all the terms and conditions of the employment agreement to check whether they could demand Rs. 50,000 as fee. Also if you find this amount unreasonable then you could contact a lawyer to respond to legal notice.

A. Hi,
There is no restriction to accept investment unless until you are not allowed to do the same by any law for the time being in force. You have to make an agreement and in case of any discrepancies, that shall be referred.
