You need to contact your branch first. Make an application before them stating the same.Explain everything to the legal department of your branch.
Visit the cyber crime department, explain them too. Keep the evidences. Hope it will work.

You might simply respond to the police accusations by claiming that you made a mistake and that you did not engage in any fraudulent activity. You can also hold the customer liable for engaging in fraudulent activity. In terms of the procedure, the police will do a small inquiry, and if no fault is detected on your part, there will be no problem, and the complaint will be dismissed.

A. Hello
After the addition of fundamental right to privacy you have no right to access your wife's mail and messages. So she could file a case against you for infringement of her fundamental right to privacy. Although you could proceed with your divorce proceedings with you wife.

A. Police must take the complain and you should try to lodge the complain with the cyber cell of the local police or write to the SP of the police. If nothing works then hire a criminal lawyer and file a case under Section 156(3) in a Magistrate Court.
