A.Hi,
You might simply respond to the police accusations by claiming that you made a mistake and that you did not engage in any fraudulent activity. You can also hold the customer liable for engaging in fraudulent activity. In terms of the procedure, the police will do a small inquiry, and if no fault is detected on your part, there will be no problem, and the complaint will be dismissed.

A.Hi,
You can simply answer the police complaints stating that there was a mistake and there were no fraudulent activities on your part. Furthermore, you can hold the client guilty for engaging in fraudulent activities. As far as the process is concerned the police will make a minor investigation and if there is no faurd found from your part then there would be no problem and the complain will be taken down. Keep in touch with a lawyer though.

A.Since you designed the website which was used to commit fraud hence you are also being framed into this. Now what yo have to do is to prove to the police and the court that you were just the designer and you didnot have any role in sunning of the company or the website.

A.Dear Sir,
If any FIR is registered you may approach the High Court immediately and get stay order and thereafter seek for quashing of the same. Be informed that in future you must be very alert for creating payment gateway etc which enables your client to receive illegally and it will be a vicarious liability that is joint liability of yourself and your client.
