I want to know how do we legally prove the validity of email of person. For example someone received email from someone how he will prove legally that the mail from that person. Thanks

A. It can be done by registering a complaint to the Police stating that someone has sent a wrongful mail or fraud mail. It is easy to trace the IP addresses of the system and find out the person who has sent the mail from an email account.

A. whether you want to open a company and then start your business or just start your business is your choice. As soon as you form a company you have to make compliance according to the companies Act and the rules made thereunder and that is mandatory and in some cases default involves punishments also as per the new companies act 2013 eg default in filing annual return etc. Legally you do not have aq company unless you register it. Having a duly registered company has its own advantages.
