A. File cyber complaint online cybercrime.gov.in, also file FIR, This is a scam. Do not pay them and ignore any attempts they make to contact you. Section 389 IPC makes extortion after filing false cases a punishable offence.

Extortion after making allegations of false cases is punishable under Section 389 IPC. Complain to the police about the same.

A. Trolling is protected under an individual's right to freedom of expression. However, if this trolling is injurious to the person's public reputation, then the author maybe punished for defamation under Sections 499 and 500 IPC.
