Hi, How can I file for mutual divorce online and how much time will it take for the process to complete

It takes minimum of 1 month and further depending upon the lawyer you consult and his/her speed.

A.1. A divorce cannot be filed online,
2. a mutual consent divorce case completes within 6 to 18 months

A.Hi, contact lawyer for e-filing for mutual divorce it may take one year for the process to complete.

A.Sorry you can cannot file a mutual consent divorce online as it is not implemeted in India. Due to COVID-19 some Divorce Lawyers in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Metro cities are filing cases online. So better check with a lawyer from your location if MCD filing through online mode is happeining or not.
