A. Maintenance depends on your and his income.
You can ask Alimony because he can not get divorce on basis on bf phys relationship before marriage.
But you can go for mutual divorce and in that alimony and maintenance depends on both of you.

A. Hi,
You should not enter into the MoU without explicitly mentioning that the maintenance you are providing shall also be used for you child as it will lead to legal complications in the future. Second, please keep in mind that the lawyer cannot pressurize you into signing the documents as it will amount to coercion.

can have live-in until there is marriage and/or children.
Her husband will be lucky to get easy divorce for adultery.
so its better she can take mutual divorce and then remarry.

A. Hi,
Divorce cannot be filed within the first year of marriage. You can approach the court for annulment of marriage, as the marriage was not consummated. It would be very hard to prove though.

mutual divorce only have 6 months cooling off period which does not have any compensation.
so for compensation in mutual divorce, it depends on both of you.
we had done divorces without going to court (online) and even in less than 3 weeks but it depends case to case.

You can file blackmailing and other cases on him.
