Her husband will be lucky to get easy divorce for adultery.

A.Hi,
It will lead to adultery which is not a crime anymore since S.497 was struck down. But still is a ground for the dissolution of marriage.

A.Hi,
If a married woman is in a live-in relationship with an unmarried man then it can amount to adultery which is a ground for divorce. Since adultery is not a crime anymore, it can only be referred to in the context of divorce.
