A. Hi,
You both are advisable to open a joint account and keep it funded over the course of the loan repayment.
Since your wife is not earning, you need to to provide alimony, which may or may not include the EMI of the loan. Another option for you both is to sell off the house and settle the home loan.

File a petition for restitution of conjugal rights.
In your reply, you will need to counter her claims for divorce, point by point. A local lawyer can assist you with this.

A. Hi,
The step father is not under any obligation to maintain his step son. Its the responsibility of the biological father and the mother. No legal action can be taken against the step father. However, in your case, your sister can file for divorce on the grounds of all the issues mentioned above. Thank You.

A. Hi,
You can counter his allegations in your reply notice. A mutual consent divorce might be the best option for you. You can claim interim maintenance under Section 125 CrPC until the final settlement has been determined. If he has made false claims, he can be punished under Section 209 IPC.

If i want a divorce from my husband, but i dont have a place to live separately for a year, can I still file for a divorce?

A. Hi,
File an application for interim maintenance under Section 125 CrPC. You can use this to find alternative accommodation.
If you do not wish to do so, you can ask the Court to continue to stay in your old house.

A. Dear Sir,
Something is better than nothing. Get it two original copies and keep with you only. Nothing to worry. Court proceedings even mutual divorce will require more than one year and not cost effective.

A. Hi,
If you wish to work on saving the marriage, we would advise both you and your husband to seek the services of a relationship therapist. If this does not work out, a mutual consent divorce will be the best option. You cam claim interim maintenance from your husband under Section 125 CrPC, he has a legal duty to support you and your child.
