My wife forcefully blackmailing me to sign divorce in front of notary.even i am ready to give it by proper court proceedings of mutual concent.but she is forcing me to sign divorce on stamp ppaer. What should i do?
A.Dear Sir,
Something is better than nothing. Get it two original copies and keep with you only. Nothing to worry. Court proceedings even mutual divorce will require more than one year and not cost effective.

A.Hi,
A divorce within a period of one month no divorce. It is also pertinent to not that a declaration on a mere stamp paper does not constitute to a valid divorce.
It is advised that you file a suit in the civil court for declaring the stamp paper divorce as as null and void.

It is not a valid divorce in one month no divorce as well as stamp paper divorce is not valid divorce, therefore, you can make a suit for declaration for divorce on stamp paper is not valid and therefore it needs to be declared as null and void.
