I want to take divorce as I am not happy here due to some personal problems
but my husband is not ready , because he doesn't want to give any alimony amount, even not ready to give those money that my father spent in marriage.now what is the solution???

A.You can file for contested divorce i.e. Petition A in Pune Family Court if your husband is not agreeing for mutual consent divorce and you can mention in the prayers that you seek interim maintenance of so nd so amount per month till the final order and so and so amount as one time permanent alimony as a final settlement. A.Hi,
You can file for a contested divorce and represent your grievances to the Court. You can also claim interim maintenance from your husband under Section 125 CrPC, until the final divorce settlement is reached.

In the meantime, file an application for interim maintenance under Section 125 CrPC. The Court can then order your husband to pay you temporary maintenance until the final settlement is reached.
