A. Hello,
Mediation in dv case is to make both parties sit together before mediator both parties discuss their problem and mediator after listening them try to sort out the matter amicably. In your case if your wife is in adultery you need to prove that. If you don't want to continue your marriage file for divorce in family court.

A. Dear Sir,
He can file any interim application read with Section 151 of Civil Procedure Code as High Courts said that when DV Act is not having specific provision then it can use 151 of CPC.

A. Aap ko case ko fight karna hoga. Agar aap ke pass koi evidence apni wife ke khilaf hai to usko dakhil kare. In sabko nirast karane ke liye high court jana hoga.
But high court kisi bhi proceedings ko nairast karne ke liye uske samne strong evidence honi chahiye. Varna high court ye kahte hue order pass kar sakta hai ki aap lower court ke samne apna paksh rakhe.

If your wife has filed a dowry case after 7 years then the case will be heard but other evidence and factors will be taken into consideration. Besides you can go for anticipatory bail and try to quash the FIR under the advice of your legal representative.
